About Sara
Hi, I’m Sara! My goal as a fitness professional is to use my 20+ years of experience in the athletic and fitness industry to provide individuals with the support and instruction they need to be confident moving their bodies in a way that is sustainable and gets them to their goals. My experience in all aspects of training, coaching and teaching as well as my own life experiences with injury, rehab, setbacks and success allow me to meet individuals where they are and help them to get to where they want to be.
I’ve helped countless men and women lose weight, become strong, and the best of all - gain confidence. All while battling injuries, illness and just the tough things we face in everyday life.
PERSONAL TRAINING
I love helping individuals reach their own goals through personal training. Each session I provide individualized and customized workouts just for you. During the workout I provide one on one support to help you make the most of your workout by ensuring proper form, encouraging you along the way.
ATHLETIC TRAINING
If you’re an athlete or coach and want to put in some extra work to help you reach the next level, I provide high level strength and conditioning of athletes of all ages.
GROUP FITNESS
Through group fitness I provide a range of offerings, instructing of all types of strength, conditioning, stability, mobility classes of all ages and experience levels.
