Class Schedule
All interval based classes are programmed with progressive levels so that no matter your fitness level you can be successful.
FitCamp
A 60-minute long workout. Full body workouts in a structured interval training setting. Class is designed using a variety of strength and conditioning tools, in addition to bodyweight exercises to increase overall strength, endurance, agility and mobility.
L.I.F.T.
A 45-minute workout. Low Impact Fitness Training. Full body workouts in a traditional group fitness setting (instructor at front while students follow). Requires minimal knowledge/retention of specific movements. Class is designed using a variety of strength tools to increase overall strength, stamina, stability and mobility. Participants 60+ encouraged.
FitStart
A 45-minute long workout. Full body workouts in a structured interval training setting. Class is designed using a variety of strength and conditioning tools, in addition to bodyweight exercises to increase overall strength, endurance, agility and mobility. Emphasis placed on learning and developing safe and sustainable movement patterns.
FitFlow
A 60-minute flow. Fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style yoga. Focus is placed on gaining stamina, mobility, stability and a connection between breath and movement. Prior knowledge of yoga is not required.
FlowFusion
A 60-minute workout. Full body workouts in a structured interval training setting. Class is designed using bodyweight as a tool to increase overall strength, mobility, and stability, with an emphasis placed on core activation.
